About the Author: Wu Haishan, Mongolian, was born in November 1975 in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia. He graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2004 with a doctorate in law. He is currently the director of the Department of Politics, School of Law and Politics, Inner Mongolia Normal University, an associate professor, and a director of the Inner Mongolia Scientific Socialism Society. He is mainly engaged in research on scientific socialism and contemporary capitalism theory and practice. He has published numerous academic papers in journals such as Scientific Socialism and Contemporary World and Socialism.
