Zhang Jian<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\"><strong>Abstract <\/strong>The practice of more than 30 years of building socialism with Chinese characteristics contains within it a five-step evolution: \u201cfunctional thinking \u2192 government leadership \u2192 theoretical guidance \u2192 hybrid structure \u2192 the people in the principal position\u201d;
