Bu yaz\u0131da dikkatimizi \u00e7eken T\u0130P\u2019in i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ak\u0131m\u0131n \u201cDevrimci \u00d6zne Partidir, Devrimci Parti \u00d6znedir\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc korumaya devam etmesi\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\"><strong>Leninizme g\u00f6re devrimci \u00f6zne devrimci s\u0131n\u0131ftan ba\u015fkas\u0131 olamaz\u2026\u00a0Lenin, kitlelerin s\u0131n\u0131flara b\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne; \u00e7o\u011fu durumda, en az\u0131ndan \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f uygar \u00fclkelerde, s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n siyasi partiler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netildi\u011fine; siyasi partilerin genellikle en fazla prestije, en fazla etkiye ve en fazla deneyime sahip bireylerden olu\u015fan nispeten istikrarl\u0131 gruplar taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015fti.\u00a0Lenin\u2019e g\u00f6re bu \u00f6nderler sadece en \u00f6nemli Parti konumlar\u0131na se\u00e7ilen liderlerdir.\u00a0(<span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-2, #cc3333);\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><a href=\"https:\/\/marksizm.org.tr\/6532-2\/\">Sol Kom\u00fcnizm Bir \u00c7ocukluk Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/a><\/span>)\u2026<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">Lenin\u2019e g\u00f6re proletaryan\u0131n devrimci partisinin disiplinini peki\u015ftiren neydi? Lenin\u2019den dinleyelim: \u201ce\u011fer burjuvaziyi iktidardan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme ve toplumun yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirme g\u00f6revini y\u00fcklenen \u00f6nc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n partisi olmaya yetenekli bir devrimci partide b\u00fct\u00fcn bu ko\u015fullar birle\u015fmemi\u015fse, bu partide, disiplin kurulamaz ve o disiplini yaratmak i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterilen \u00e7abalar bo\u015f laflardan ve yapmac\u0131klardan \u00f6teye varamaz; ama \u00f6te yandan bu ko\u015fullar hep birden bir anda f\u0131\u015fk\u0131ramaz; bu ko\u015fullar uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla, \u00e7etin tecr\u00fcbelerle haz\u0131rlan\u0131r; haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f\u0131, ancak ger\u00e7ekten y\u0131\u011f\u0131nsal ve ger\u00e7ekten devrimci bir hareketin prati\u011fiyle s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak meydana gelen, dogma olmayan do\u011fru bir devrimci teoriyle kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-divider stk-block-divider stk-block stk-bc36bc5\" data-block-id=\"bc36bc5\"><hr class=\"stk-block-divider__hr\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\"><strong>Utkan Gibi Partili, Utkan\u2019\u0131n Arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Gibi Parti Olmak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\"><strong>Do\u011fan Erg\u00fcn\u2019\u00fcn Yaz\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Partisi\u2019nin Kom\u00fcnist adl\u0131 ideolojik-teorik dergisinden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Partisi\u2019nin yeniden kurulu\u015funun mimarlar\u0131ndan, sevgili yolda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z Utkan Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131 kaybetmemizin \u00fczerinden \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l ge\u00e7ti. Utkan, parti kurulu\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda yaln\u0131z fiziken \u00e7aba harcamad\u0131. T\u0130P, Utkan\u2019\u0131n fikirleriyle de eyledikleriyle de bi\u00e7imlendi. Utkan, bir parti aray\u0131\u015f\u0131ndayd\u0131. Partimiz o aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu yaz\u0131, Utkan\u2019\u0131n fikir ve eyleminden yola \u00e7\u0131karak, nas\u0131l bir parti ve nas\u0131l bir partililik sorular\u0131na yan\u0131t arayacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\"><strong>1.Utkan\u2019\u0131n Partisi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">Eme\u011fin partisi: T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Partisi\u2019nin yeniden kurulu\u015funda temel atarken \u00fczerinde uzla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ilk ilke, emek\u00e7ilerle beraber ve emek\u00e7iler i\u00e7in siyaset \u00fcreten, i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncel ve tarihsel haklar\u0131n\u0131 savunan bir hatt\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131. T\u0130P ad\u0131 bu y\u00fczden yaln\u0131z tarihsel bir g\u00f6nderme, bir dayanak noktas\u0131 aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ni\u015fanesi olarak de\u011fil, neoliberalizmin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 krizde a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">\u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz emek \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etmesi nedeniyle de g\u00fcndeme geldi. T\u00fcrkiye siyasetini ve ideoloji d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 sadele\u015ftirecek bir yeni kanal a\u00e7mak, i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 imkans\u0131z safla\u015fmalarda bo\u011fulmamak \u00fczere en geni\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131yla eme\u011fi, emek\u00e7ileri temsil edecek bir partiye ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fumuzda ortakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">Utkan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden birka\u00e7 ay \u00f6nce \u0130leri Haber\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan bir yaz\u0131s\u0131nda i\u015fte bu kayg\u0131 vard\u0131. Cumhuriyet\u00e7i hassasiyetlere sahip kesimler, muhafazak\u00e2r toplumsall\u0131k ve nabz\u0131 K\u00fcrt hareketinin y\u00f6nelimleriyle belirlenen kesimler aras\u0131nda b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f ideolojik haritay\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcne koyan Utkan, yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekeni \u201cemek politikas\u0131yla yeni bir kanal a\u00e7mak\u201d olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yordu. Sosyalist partinin, az miktardaki \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tan de\u011fil, bir noktada toplayan bir mercek i\u015flevi g\u00f6rmesini \u00f6neriyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\"><strong>T\u00fcrkiyeli bir parti:<\/strong>&nbsp;Sosyalizm d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi bu topraklar\u0131n kopar\u0131lamaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin modernle\u015fme s\u00fcrecini etkileyen, ayd\u0131n hareketine omurga veren bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc olan sosyalizm ayn\u0131 zamanda i\u015f\u00e7i m\u00fccadeleleriyle de zeminini geni\u015fletmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">Sa\u011f iktidarlar ise y\u0131llar boyu sosyalizmin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yabanc\u0131 bir siyasi fikir ve hareket oldu\u011funu empoze etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flar, sol g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc ayd\u0131nlar ve i\u015f\u00e7i hareketine d\u00f6n\u00fck sindirme \u00e7abalar\u0131na bu yalan\u0131 alet etmi\u015flerdir. Sol\/sosyalist hareket bu sindirme hamlesi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda onurlu bir direni\u015f g\u00f6sterse de kimi d\u00f6nemlerde \u00fcretti\u011fi reflekslerin \u201cmemlekete yabanc\u0131la\u015fmak\u201d gibi bir sonu\u00e7 verdi\u011fi de s\u00f6ylenebilir. Oysa T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Partisi, iktidar\u0131n ancak T\u00fcrkiyeli, bu \u00fclkenin zengin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve tarihsel miras\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kan bir hareket taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilenlerin partisi. Utkan\u2019\u0131n ortak yazarlar\u0131ndan oldu\u011fu bir ba\u015fka makaledeki \u015fu sat\u0131rlar T\u00fcrkiyeli kimli\u011fin \u00f6nemini sade bir \u015fekilde anlat\u0131yor: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir sosyalist hareket olman\u0131n yolu, ancak T\u00fcrkiyeli bir sosyalist devrim stratejisine sahip olmaktan ge\u00e7iyor. Milli olmaktan de\u011fil, \u00f6znelli\u011fin nesnellikle diyalektik bir ili\u015fki kurmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finden s\u00f6z ediyoruz. (\u2026) \u0130\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z co\u011frafya, sa\u011f siyasetin b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcc\u00fcne ra\u011fmen tekle\u015ftirilmesi zor, bilince \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmay\u0131 bekleyen tarihsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir zenginli\u011fin \u00fczerine kurulu.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\"><em><strong>Topra\u011fa k\u00f6k salan bir parti:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em>Siyasi m\u00fccadelede iktidar\u0131 hedeflemek, bunun i\u00e7in devrimci bir siyaset g\u00fctmek, \u00fclkenin nas\u0131l y\u00f6netildi\u011fine ve nas\u0131l y\u00f6netilmesi gerekti\u011fine ili\u015fkin \u00fcretimlerde bulunmak elbette olmazsa olmaz g\u00f6revler. Toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ise politik \u00fcretimin hem test hem de uygulama alan\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">Yani, siyasetinizin etkin olabilmesi i\u00e7in arkas\u0131na bir toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7 alabilmesi gerekir ve tersinden ancak toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7 yaratabilen bir siyaset, etkin ve devrimci olarak nitelendirilebilir. Sosyalist hareket, \u00f6zellikle son 40 y\u0131lda i\u015fin toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya ihmal etti ya da yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6rnekleri yayg\u0131n hale getirememenin s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131. Yerel \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme deneyimleri, g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda geni\u015flemenin de-\u011fil s\u0131k\u0131\u015fman\u0131n temsilcisi haline geldi. Utkan\u2019\u0131n devrimci siyaset kavray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ise esas vurgu hep yerelle\u015f-me \u00fczerinedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">Gezi Direni\u015fi\u2019nde Taksim\u2019den \u00e7ok Hatay-Harbiye \u00f6rne\u011fini, \u0130stanbul Sar\u0131gazi\u2019yi, Ankara Tuzlu\u00e7ay\u0131r\u2019\u0131 \u00f6rnek g\u00f6stermesinin nedeni de budur belki de\u2026 T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Partisi de bu vurguyu merkezi siyasi \u00fcretimin ayr\u0131lmaz bir b\u00fct\u00fcnleyicisi olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Utkan\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6zleriyle s\u00f6yleyecek olursak: \u201cYa-k\u0131n tarihimize bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, sosyalist solun bir\u00e7ok \u00f6rnekte do\u011fru tav\u0131r alm\u0131\u015f ya da \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc davranm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli bir etkisinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bir\u00e7ok mekanizmayla ku\u015fatma alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f halk \u00fczerinde sosyalist siyasetin etkisi, ancak kendi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 alan\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulabildi. Bu durumda g\u00fc\u00e7 olmak, belirli bir toplumsal \u00f6l\u00e7ekte siyaset yapabilir duruma gelmek \u00f6ncelikli g\u00f6rev olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">T\u0130P&nbsp;<em><strong>Gezi\u2019nin partisi:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em>T\u0130P, on milyonlarca yurtta\u015f\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Gezi Direni\u015fi\u2019ni kendi ba\u015f\u0131na temsil etti\u011fini tabii ki s\u00f6ylemiyor, s\u00f6yleyemez. Ancak Gezi\u2019nin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu yeni ufkun bug\u00fcn T\u0130P\u2019i var eden en \u00f6nemli dinamik, en \u00f6nemli itki oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek de abart\u0131 say\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. May\u0131s 2013\u2019\u00fcn son g\u00fcnlerinde ba\u015flay\u0131p Haziran ay\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc kapsayan, Taksim Gezi Park\u0131\u2019nda ba\u015fla&nbsp;y\u0131p dalga dalga yay\u0131lan direni\u015f dalgas\u0131, yak\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye tarihinin hem toplumsal muhalefet hem de iktidar cephesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemli k\u0131r\u0131lma noktalar\u0131ndan biri olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\">Utkan\u2019\u0131n da aralar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu T\u0130P\u2019in kurucu kadrolar\u0131 i\u00e7in Gezi, umudun yeniden ye\u015fermesidir, siyasi \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe duyulan ihtiyac\u0131n yeni bir i\u00e7erikle g\u00fcncellenmesidir, siyasette ba\u015fka de\u011ferlerin yan\u0131nda dayan\u0131\u015fma ve kat\u0131l\u0131m gibi kavramlar\u0131n asli unsurlar aras\u0131na yerle\u015fmesidir, mahalleyle ve yerellikle kurulan temas\u0131n k\u0131ymetini g\u00f6rmektir. T\u00fcm bu sayd\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z Utkan\u2019\u0131n ki\u015fili\u011finde, eyleminde ve s\u00f6z\u00fcnde de yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Utkan da dahil olmak \u00fczere bizler, bu sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u00f6nleriyle Gezi\u2019nin partisini in\u015fa etmek \u00fczere yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(16.834px, 1.052rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.716), 26px);\"><strong>Devrimci \u00f6zne olarak parti:<\/strong>&nbsp;Her ne kadar Utkan\u2019\u0131n yazd\u0131klar\u0131nda, yapt\u0131klar\u0131nda ve s\u00f6ylediklerinde kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n, \u201cbirlikte eylemenin\u201d, dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n alt\u0131 belirgin \u015fekilde \u00e7izilmi\u015f olsa da devrimci \u00f6zne aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 esast\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda t\u00fcm bu sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z vurgular, kendi de\u011ferlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra devrimci \u00f6znenin kendisini ve kadrolar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmesinin de birer arac\u0131 olarak an\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bulundu\u011fu alan\u0131 tan\u0131yan, onun ger\u00e7ek insanlar\u0131yla birlikte devinen ama oraya da m\u00fcdahale eden, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen bir devrimci \u00f6zne olarak partinin in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsemi\u015ftir. AKP iktidar\u0131n\u0131n son d\u00f6nemine kadar, akademi, K\u00f6y Enstit\u00fcleri, e\u011fitim enstit\u00fcleri ve fak\u00fclteleri karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa ta\u015f\u0131yan birer kale gibi gelenek yaratm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Utkan, bu gelene\u011fin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 son \u00f6rneklerden biriydi. \u0130yi bir lise ve \u00fcniversite e\u011fitiminin ard\u0131ndan ilkokul \u00f6\u011fretmeni olmay\u0131 tercih etti. M\u00fccadele insan\u0131 eylem i\u00e7inde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilen, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini bir eylemle bulu\u015f-turabilen ve b\u00f6ylece yetkinle\u015fen faaliyeti sonraki ku\u015faklara aktarabilen bir niteli\u011fe ula\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.
